Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our remote team and offer direct technical support to our students. You will be responsible for resolving issues related to Shopify, Google Workspace, domain and DNS setup, and other essential tools. Your mission is to ensure a smooth technical experience for every student throughout their learning journey.

This is a student-facing role with significant impact, requiring daily interaction through calls and screen sharing. Strong spoken English is crucial, as many of our students are not tech-savvy and need clear, patient guidance.

Key Responsibilities

– Deliver prompt and clear support via email, chat, video calls, and screen sharing
– Troubleshoot Shopify-related issues including store setup, themes, and app integrations
– Assist with Google Workspace tools such as email, calendar, drive, and document permissions
– Help students with domain registration, DNS configuration, and SSL installation
– Build and maintain a knowledge base of common technical issues and solutions
– Work closely with coaching and customer support teams
– Stay informed on updates to Shopify, Google, domain providers, and related platforms
– Explain technical concepts in a simple, patient, and user-friendly manner

Required Qualifications

– Experience in IT support or helpdesk, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS
– Proficient in Shopify (store setup, troubleshooting, customization)
– Strong understanding of Google Workspace tools
– Solid experience with DNS, domain management, and SSL setup
– Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
– Comfortable with daily video calls and screen sharing
– Well-organized, resourceful, and capable of documenting processes clearly

Preferred Skills

– Familiarity with tools like Slack, Loom/Cleanshot, Zendesk, or HubSpot
– Background in e-commerce, online coaching, or digital product industries
– Experience supporting users in online education or coaching environments
