About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior or Master Talent Attraction Specialist focused on end-to-end Staff Augmentation. This role is key to designing and executing strategies to attract, select, and onboard professionals for temporary or short-term international projects. Beyond filling roles efficiently, this person will lead efforts to build internal capabilities and offer ready-to-use staff augmentation solutions. Strong analytical skills, excellent client relationship management, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-demand environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

– Market Expertise & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research and interviews to understand trends in Staff Augmentation. Develop and apply strategies to speed up hiring, based on internal and external demands.

– Position Management & Prioritization: Assess and prioritize open roles according to client needs and talent availability. Oversee the full recruitment process from job posting to offer.

– Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring quick turnaround (e.g., within two days) for specific tech stacks. Create efficient processes to meet demand.

– Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead the Staff Augmentation front, acting as a “tech lead” to grow team capabilities. Provide clients with pre-built solutions and services.

– Collaboration & Communication: Partner with HR and other departments to align recruitment with business goals. Serve as a liaison between internal teams and client needs.

– Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set and track KPIs related to hiring and recruitment success. Provide regular updates to leadership and adjust strategies as needed.

– Continuous Improvement: Use data analysis to enhance recruitment processes, anticipate staffing needs, and identify improvement areas. Adjust strategies based on market insights and performance data.

What You Bring:

– Extensive Experience: Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment and Staff Augmentation, with deep knowledge of best practices.

– Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to prioritize roles and develop effective strategies in fast-paced environments. Skilled in analyzing recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and conversion rates.

– Leadership & Mentorship: Experience leading teams or initiatives, with the ability to share Staff Augmentation expertise.

– Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

– Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for both internal and external audiences.

– Organizational & Prioritization Skills: Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously.

– Adaptability: Able to adjust quickly to shifting client needs, market changes, and priorities.

– Advanced English: Proficient in both spoken and written English.
