We are looking for a skilled and driven Recruiter to support our global growth, with a strong focus on hiring for technical positions.

Position Overview:

– Full-time, six-month fixed-term contract
– Remote role; candidates must be located in APAC time zones
– Possible contract extension, though not guaranteed

Responsibilities:

– Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, and negotiating offers
– Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
– Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes
– Participate in various HR initiatives and projects
– Maintain organized and up-to-date recruitment databases
– Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, university outreach, job fairs, and ongoing engagement with potential future hires

Requirements:

– 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with top-tier internet companies or agencies
– Experience hiring for Web3 or crypto-related roles is a plus
– Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
– Proficient in modern sourcing and selection strategies
– Experience with market mapping, especially in global or Asian markets
– Proven success in meeting ambitious hiring targets
– Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
– Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines independently
– Self-motivated and enthusiastic about the crypto industry
