Our smart energy and low-carbon heating solutions allow customers to enjoy clean, green, and comfortable homes. As a Smart Tech Specialist, you’ll guide customers through the journey from purchase to installation of Solar Panels, Air Source Heat Pumps, or EV Chargers. Our customers are enthusiastic about their green tech, and it’s your job to keep that excitement going.

What you’ll do:

– Be the main point of contact for customers after purchase—helping them prepare for installation, scheduling our expert install teams, generating documentation, applying for grants, and more
– Work closely with our survey, installation teams, and third-party partners to bring Solar and Heat Pump installations to life
– Stay on top of admin to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
– Become a tech expert and take ownership of the installation process
– Be a passionate advocate for the green technologies we’re rolling out across the UK and beyond

What you’ll need:

– Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload independently
– A love for fast-paced, dynamic work environments and the ability to adapt to change
– Strong communication skills to keep customers informed and excited
– A solutions-focused mindset and a positive attitude
– Empathy and good judgment to ensure the best customer experience
– A willingness to take on new challenges and grow in your role
