– 3–7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Program Manager in a software product setting
– Strong background in sprint planning, agile methodologies, and backlog management
– Skilled in managing distributed teams, especially external vendors
– Proficient with Jira, Teams, Notion/Confluence, and GitHub
– Excellent communicator—written, asynchronous, and in meetings
– Self-starter who proactively removes obstacles and drives progress
– Passionate about systems thinking and continuous improvement
– Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, GPT automations, Jira AI assistants) or eager to adopt them
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience in B2B SaaS, AI tools, communication platforms, or customer support tech
– Knowledge of QA coordination, test case management, or release readiness
– Background in product operations or product-led growth
What We Offer
