Reliable Robotics is looking to hire a full-time Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role, you’ll play a key part in our hiring efforts and help drive our mission forward. Working closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers, you’ll implement our recruitment strategy. Our team includes top-tier professionals across multiple disciplines, and your role will focus on building strong networks of engineers and operations specialists in software, hardware, aviation, and aerospace. Responsibilities:
– Develop talent pipelines through referrals, sourcing, networking, and market research, with a focus on software, hardware, and aerospace engineering.
– Partner with hiring managers to design and implement recruitment strategies.
– Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to scheduling and offer presentation.
– Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes, enhance interview practices, and support candidate decision-making.
– Contribute to early-stage HR initiatives such as employee referral programs, interview training, and university outreach.
Basic Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
– At least 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 4+ years working remotely if applying for a remote role.
– Demonstrated success in sourcing, managing candidates, and closing offers.
– Experience recruiting top technical talent in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
– Experience recruiting across diverse roles and a strong interest in emerging technologies.
– Commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams.
– Ability to mentor hiring managers, team members, and candidates.
– Background in aerospace or autonomous vehicle industries.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

This role can be remote or based in Mountain View, California, and may require up to 10% travel.
The expected salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 annually, plus cash and stock option awards and benefits. We offer competitive compensation based on experience, skills, market factors, location, and internal equity.
