⭐ About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Lodgify!

If you’re tech-savvy and eager to become an expert in our software, this role is for you. You’ll provide technical assistance, resolve complex issues, and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll help customers integrate Lodgify with major booking platforms like Airbnb and take initiative in identifying and resolving connection problems by thoroughly investigating and assisting users.

⭐ Your Impact Will Include:

– Guiding users through different types of platform connections.
– Proactively troubleshooting complex technical issues related to integrations.
– Taking action and helping customers resolve their concerns.
– Responding to support requests via email, tickets, or chat.
– Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
– Building strong client relationships via phone, chat, email, and screen-sharing.
– Sharing customer feedback and issues with relevant teams and following up as needed.

⭐ What Makes You a Great Fit:

– Previous experience in technical customer support or a similar role.
– Excellent communication skills in English and German.
– Patience, attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
– Familiarity with CRM and support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
– A positive attitude and a strong sense of accountability.
– A passion for learning about technology.

⭐ Bonus Points If You Have:

– Experience with major OTAs such as Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway/VRBO, or Expedia.
