⭐ About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Lodgify!
In this role, you’ll become a Lodgify software expert, providing technical assistance, resolving complex issues, and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll support customers in connecting Lodgify with major booking platforms like Airbnb. When connection issues arise, you’ll take initiative to identify the root cause and resolve it while guiding the customer through the process.
⭐ How You’ll Make an Impact:
– Advise users on different types of platform connections
– Proactively troubleshoot complex integration issues
– Take action and guide customers to resolve technical problems
– Respond to support requests via email, chat, or ticketing systems
– Deliver top-tier customer service to ensure satisfaction
– Build strong relationships with clients through phone, chat, email, and screen sharing
– Share customer feedback and technical issues with relevant teams and follow up as needed
⭐ What Makes You a Great Fit:
– At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or similar roles
– Excellent written and spoken English skills
– Detail-oriented, patient, and logical thinker
– Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
– Familiar with CRM and support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
– Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
– Passionate about learning new technologies

– Experience with major OTAs like Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway/VRBO, or Expedia
