We are at a critical juncture in reproductive and sexual health, and Hey Jane is uniquely equipped to make a difference.
Since our inception, we’ve been dedicated to offering safe, private medication abortion services—and have supported over 80,000 individuals in accessing the care they need. Today, we provide a broad range of reproductive and sexual health services—all accessible from your phone. Our internal clinical team, which includes board-certified physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and patient care advocates, is always just a message away. We’re devoted to delivering safe, confidential, and compassionate virtual healthcare from a team that genuinely cares.
As a Patient Care Advocate, you’ll play a key role in shaping the patient journey, prioritizing safety, and fostering a culture of respect and open communication. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming patient inquiries—answering questions, offering support, triaging medical concerns, identifying potential issues, and escalating them to the appropriate team members when necessary. You’ll collaborate closely with clinicians and the clinical operations team to ensure timely responses to patient consults and messages. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and safety, an attentive listener, a respectful communicator, and brings experience in abortion care or as an abortion doula.
