Position: Senior QA Tester

Job Responsibilities:

– Lead the QA team in developing test procedures.
– Supervise the creation of testing documentation.
– Implement and manage QA processes and testing protocols.
– Identify and resolve quality issues, updating test procedures as needed.
– Analyze product specifications for accuracy and completeness.
– Review QA reports for consistency and quality.
– Examine and interpret system specifications.
– Work closely with QA Engineers to design effective test strategies and plans.
– Perform manual and automated test cases and evaluate the outcomes.
– Assess product code to ensure it meets specifications.
– Maintain detailed logs of testing phases and identified defects.
– Report bugs and issues to the development team.
– Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
– Ensure all testing aligns with industry standards.

Required Experience:

– At least 7 years of experience, preferably in technology or software development.
– Skilled in both manual and automated testing techniques.
– Experience in writing test cases, plans, and scripts.
– Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
– Proficient with automated testing tools and frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
– Familiarity with AI-powered tools for test case generation or execution is a plus.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
– High attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify and report defects.
