About the Role:

We’re seeking individuals with varied skill sets to join our data team as AI Trainers. In this position, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the accuracy and effectiveness of our AI models.

Responsibilities:

– Tag and annotate in-game content such as dialogue, quests, and character interactions
– Use data analysis tools via Verity Lab to complete assigned tasks
– Improve player engagement by analyzing and offering insights on world-building, character development, subplots, personality traits, and more
– Work remotely with our AI research and product teams to help build authentic and imaginative large language models

About You:

– Native or fluent English speaker
– Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work
– Quick to learn new tools and software
– Able to understand and consistently apply complex guidelines
– Capable of providing clear and professional feedback

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience or strong interest in AI data, annotation, or similar fields
– Background in one or more of the following:
– Storytelling, creative writing, copywriting, or content creation
– English, communication, or digital media
– Psychology, philosophy, or other disciplines focused on human behavior and cognition
– Game design or development
– STEM fields with a focus on clarity and structure

Compensation & Expectations:

– Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $30, depending on your role and qualifications. Rates may vary based on location and experience, with different rates for international applicants.
– Flexible commitment of 20–40+ hours per week, depending on your availability
