As a Senior Transportation Analyst, you’ll analyze transportation data to uncover trends and identify areas for improvement. You’ll work closely with teams to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions. Your role will involve creating, refining, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and performance of transportation operations.

How you’ll succeed:

– Strategy: This role blends strategic thinking, project management, data analysis, and execution.
– Continuous Improvement: Innovate and enhance processes by leading discovery, testing, and rapid prototyping.
– Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create effective reporting and communication rhythms across all levels.
– Influence: Collaborate across departments and with software teams to implement scalable tech solutions and business processes.
– Hands-on & Results-Oriented: Be ready to work alongside team members at all levels to drive outcomes.

Helpful experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or a related field.
– 2–5 years of experience in Excel and business analytics.
– 2–5 years of experience using SQL.
– 2–5 years of experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
– Experience with Python and Snowflake is a plus.

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 annually

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual experience, skills, and knowledge.
