What’s the role?

We’re hiring a Senior Treasury Analyst with a strong background in Cash Management to join our Finance team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily treasury operations, ensuring liquidity, and delivering insights that support strategic financial decisions. Your work will be key in managing cash flow, optimizing working capital, and advancing our financial objectives.

What will you do?

– Manage and monitor daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, funding, and investments
– Ensure adequate liquidity for short- and medium-term financial needs
– Create and maintain cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports
– Assist in implementing cash management and working capital strategies
– Evaluate financial reserves and investment opportunities in line with internal policies
– Prepare treasury reports and dashboards for senior leadership
– Identify and mitigate financial risks such as liquidity, credit, and market risks
– Collaborate with teams across Finance, Product, Risk, and Compliance to enhance financial flows and support new initiatives
– Contribute to the automation and improvement of treasury processes and reporting tools
– Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions

What skills are required?

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
– Proven experience in corporate treasury, cash management, and short-term investments
– Prior experience in fintech, payment institutions, or payment facilitators is required
– Solid knowledge of financial instruments, receivables financing, and risk management
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large financial datasets
– Proficiency in treasury systems and financial reporting tools
– Advanced Excel skills; experience with Python and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
– Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
– Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
