Daily responsibilities include:

– Making outbound (and possibly inbound) calls to promote and sell vacation preview packages
– Confirming eligibility for preview packages before scheduling tours
– Encouraging customers to book or purchase vacation packages
– Explaining the requirements and benefits of attending a sales presentation
– Checking availability for accommodations and offering alternatives when needed

– Maintain professional and timely communication with guests and team members
– Support team objectives
– Keep proprietary information confidential
– Follow all company policies and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

– Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
– Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and standing or sitting for extended periods
– Skilled in using multiple computer systems at once, with strong reading, writing, and comprehension abilities
– Background and drug screening may be required, depending on company policy and legal standards
