About the Role

As a Partner Relationship Manager, you’ll be instrumental in advancing our mission by establishing strong partnerships with veterinary clinics nationwide. You’ll manage the early stages of the sales process from beginning to end, including initiating contact, delivering engaging product demos, and securing new clinic partnerships. Once a deal is finalized, you’ll transition the account to our implementation team so you can continue focusing on growth.

This position is ideal for someone who excels at outbound prospecting, enjoys the challenge of sales, and is skilled at leading a consultative sales process from the first interaction through to closing.

What You’ll Do:

– Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to product demonstration and closing deals
– Make cold calls, send emails, and use platforms like LinkedIn to connect with key decision-makers
– Tailor and present Koala’s offerings to meet the specific needs of each veterinary clinic
– Use Salesforce to manage your sales pipeline and track progress
– Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition after the sale
– Stay up to date on trends in veterinary care and pet health

What We’re Looking For:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the veterinary or pet health industry
– Background in veterinary or pet care is essential
– Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close deals independently
– Experience with cold calling and outbound sales techniques
– Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
