JSSI Products and Services:

Job Responsibilities:
– Lead the marketing team, including internal staff and external partners, to drive results across all marketing functions such as market research, product marketing, communications, PR, and advertising (50%).
– Work closely with executive leadership to align marketing strategies with overall business goals (20%).
– Present marketing plans and updates to the Board of Directors and executive team (10%).
– Oversee global marketing strategy and execution across all business units and product lines to support growth and profitability (10%).
– Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to strengthen the company’s industry leadership and brand equity, while driving revenue and profit (5%).
– Apply product expertise, industry knowledge, competitive analysis, and modern marketing techniques to maximize reach and engagement across all channels (5%).
Travel Requirement:
20% domestic and international travel for trade shows, client meetings, sponsorship events, warehouse visits, and interviews.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Technology Innovation, or a related field.
– At least 36 months of marketing experience in the aviation industry.
– 3 years of experience leading international aviation marketing efforts, including work with private and corporate aircraft ownership structures and contracts.
– 3 years of experience marketing a diverse range of aviation products and services, including financing, maintenance, software, and parts.
– 3 years of experience managing acquisition integrations and launching new product lines under a corporate brand.
– 3 years of experience developing go-to-market and communication strategies for corporate and product-level branding.
– 3 years of experience using marketing tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics and Ads, WordPress, and LinkedIn for campaign management and performance analysis.
– 3 years of experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Beefree.
– 2 years of experience building strategic partnerships and marketing alliances within the aviation services sector, with an active network in business aviation.
Compensation and Benefits:
JSSI offers competitive compensation packages that reflect the value and expertise of its employees. The base salary for this role typically ranges from $162,000 to $172,000, with the final offer based on factors such as location, skills, experience, and education. Additional compensation may include bonuses or incentive plans, depending on the role.
