THE OPPORTUNITY:
We’re seeking a Video Editor to craft engaging videos and refined motion graphics for direct-response ads on social media.

In this role, you’ll elevate our digital presence by producing high-quality content that connects with a wide range of audiences. Ideal candidates are up to date on social media trends and digital advertising, and excel at finding creative solutions even with limited resources.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

– Edit direct-response video ads that align with client branding and drive traffic.
– Manage editing projects for multiple clients simultaneously.
– Follow scripts and feedback from internal teams and clients.
– Deliver high-quality content quickly.
– Stay informed on digital ad trends and apply insights creatively.
– Analyze a library of direct-response videos and user behavior on Facebook and Instagram.
– Comply with copyright laws, privacy regulations, and company policies.
– Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
– Stay current with industry best practices and new editing tools.
– Offer creative insights to improve performance.
– Maintain high attention to detail and ensure consistent quality.
– Adapt content for various social platforms beyond Facebook and Instagram.
– Be open to learning scriptwriting and content creation for performance marketing.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

– 1+ years of experience editing content for social media.
– 2+ years of experience using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
– Strong time management and communication skills.
– Flexibility and willingness to shift direction when needed.
– A team-oriented mindset and openness to new challenges.
– A positive, proactive attitude.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.

WHO YOU ARE:

– You have experience in advertising or marketing roles.
– You’ve worked with direct-response marketing.
– You’re skilled in Adobe After Effects.
– You’ve used project management tools like Wrike.
– You’re familiar with Facebook Ads Manager.
– You can shoot photo and video content at home using mobile devices.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE HIRING PROCESS:

– Stage 1 (Recruiter Screen): A 30-minute phone call to discuss your background, goals, and learn more about GR0 and the role.
– Stage 2 (Hiring Manager Interview): A 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager, including time for your questions.
– Stage 3 (Offer): If it’s a great match, we’ll extend a contract offer.

COMPENSATION:
$50/hour, averaging 15 hours per week.
