Project Summary:
Be part of a dynamic, long-term project in the e-commerce sector! This initiative aims to improve the performance of an intelligent FAQ Bot used in customer service. Your role will involve identifying system issues, suggesting enhancements, and assessing responses from a full-cycle perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
– Annotate and assess text data related to e-commerce
– Detect system issues and support solution development
– Contribute to improving the accuracy and performance of an AI-driven customer service bot
Requirements:
– Native Vietnamese speaker
– Currently residing in Europe, the UK, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, or Malaysia
– Experience in e-commerce or customer service is preferred
– Background in QA/Quality Analysis is a plus, but not mandatory
– Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
– Must have access to a laptop or desktop (Windows 10 or newer, macOS, or Linux)
Project Timeline:
– Start Date: August 2025
– End Date: January 2026 (6-month duration)
– Expected workload: 4–8 hours per day
