What You’ll Be Doing
As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll support the founder and core team by ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include a mix of ongoing administrative tasks and project-based work, such as:

– Managing email inboxes and scheduling meetings
– Providing light customer support (training provided)
– Maintaining spreadsheets, documents, and internal dashboards
– Posting and moderating content on platforms like LinkedIn and Reddit
– Conducting research on tools, competitors, and potential partners
– Assisting with small admin tasks related to Stripe, Notion, and email campaigns

What We’re Looking For
You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions. You enjoy supporting a team and take pride in getting things done. Bonus if you’re passionate about AI tools or excited about the future of work.

Must-Haves:

– Excellent written English
– Strong organizational skills
– Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
– Able to manage your time effectively in a remote setting
– Comfortable working asynchronously with occasional check-ins

Nice-to-Haves:

– Experience with tools like Notion, Slack, Mailchimp, Stripe
– Background as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in Operations
– Interest in job searching, hiring, or educational technology
