Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Entrepreneur & Horvatis Corporation
Location: Remote (Preference for U.S.-based candidates; flexible schedule)
Pay: $30–$40 per hour, starting at 8–12 hours per week with room to grow

About Us:
We’re creating a unique office that merges tradition, innovation, and legacy. Our work spans estate and trust management, tech ventures, and philanthropic efforts. We’re looking for a sharp, reliable VA to handle day-to-day operations so we can focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

– Coordinate projects, manage calendars, emails, and schedules across various entities (businesses, nonprofit, trusts, and estates)
– Conduct research on topics such as art investments, tax strategies, executive consulting, real estate, and historic preservation
– Oversee digital systems: manage email forwarding, reduce spam, and organize tools like Google Drive, Slack, and automation workflows
– Support tasks related to probate, appraisals, nonprofit updates, and crowdfunding campaigns
– Monitor progress and provide regular updates
– Perform quick online searches to gauge public sentiment on innovation and AI
– Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information

Qualifications:

– At least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant, ideally in estate management, startups, or tech
– Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Squarespace, and Cloudflare
– Bonus: Experience with automation tools like Zapier or scripting in Python
– Highly organized, self-directed, and a clear communicator
– Available 8–12 hours per week and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
– Preferably located in U.S. time zones (EDT–3 to UTC+1); must have legal work authorization if outside the U.S.
