We’re a rapidly expanding media tech startup seeking a Virtual Assistant to help our leadership team with administrative support, research, and daily operations. This is a flexible and dynamic role that plays a key part in keeping our team organized and efficient.
Responsibilities:
– Compose and send emails on behalf of the team
– Be personable and able to participate in virtual meetings
– Manage email inboxes, organize digital files, and perform data entry
– Conduct research such as finding contacts, collecting market insights, and evaluating vendors
– Help with scheduling, follow-ups, and keeping track of tasks
– Assist with operational duties and various projects as needed
– Take initiative to solve problems and complete tasks independently
What We’re Looking For:
– Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
– Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated — able to work without constant supervision
– Proficient with Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
– Tech-savvy and resourceful — capable of figuring out tools and processes as needed
– Prior experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or executive assistant is a plus but not required
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
– Experience with platforms like HubSpot
– Background in supporting startups or creative teams
Position Details:
– Contract-based, paid hourly
– Fully remote, with preference for availability during U.S. business hours
