As the Senior Manager of Practice Operations for Virtual Primary Care (VPC) and Virtual Care Support (VCS), you will guide the team responsible for ensuring strong performance across these clinical service areas and advancing integration toward value‑based care models. You are a proactive, adaptable leader with experience driving cross‑functional projects. Using data insights, you will oversee clinician staffing and scheduling, as well as our multi‑state licensing strategy, to meet program KPIs and SLAs while scaling operations. Working closely with Clinical leadership and teams across Included Health, you will streamline administrative workflows, strengthen data‑driven decision‑making, and optimize staffing and national coverage. You bring strong project management skills to program launches and clinician‑focused initiatives. Responsibilities:
• Manage and track program KPIs for frontline clinicians across the VPC and VCS teams
• Develop and execute data‑informed staffing and resource plans, collaborating with Forecasting, Clinical Leadership, Recruitment, and Licensing
• Shape the strategy for technical and tooling improvements that enhance operational efficiency and clinical outcomes at scale
• Build and oversee a multi‑state clinical licensing approach to support national coverage
• Manage clinician scheduling, utilization, and workload distribution across states while accounting for licensing, operational needs, and seasonal fluctuations
• Improve scheduling processes through load balancing and increased transparency
• Define and evaluate key performance metrics to strengthen operational effectiveness and highlight opportunities for improvement
• Lead clinical programs and new initiative launches
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in virtual care delivery (virtual primary care experience is a plus), with demonstrated ability to use analytics for reporting, modeling, interpretation, and tool use
• Proven project management and leadership skills with clinical teams
• Experience supporting a diverse and dynamic clinician workforce across various specialties, licensure types, employment classifications, and schedules
• Strong understanding of value‑based care models
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills
• Experience with EHR systems and care management analytics tools
• Demonstrated history of successful project execution
• Ability to represent practice operations effectively across teams
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and standard office software
• Ability to work 8AM–5PM or 9AM–6PM local time
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
• Remote role requiring consistent attendance at your home work location
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods
• Adequate hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity to use a computer and related equipment
• Occasional lifting of up to approximately 20 pounds may be required
The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $128,230 to $198,610, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Your specific starting salary will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, internal equity, organizational needs, and geographic market data.
