Overview:
Gopuff is hiring full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join our operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are vital to our success and require determination, resilience, a positive attitude, and a passion for tackling challenges. Responsibilities include various warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, receiving inventory, and collaborating with delivery drivers.

Customers rely on Gopuff for their everyday essentials—any time, in any weather. We’re building a team of innovators, visionaries, and bold thinkers ready to transform the retail experience at lightning speed. Bonus points if you’re a snack enthusiast.

Responsibilities:

– Select and pack items for customer deliveries
– Receive shipments, verify counts against purchase orders/invoices, and resolve any mismatches
– Manage inventory and restock items from canceled orders
– Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
– Minimize waste and spoilage by strictly following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
– Communicate with customers about substitutions or out-of-stock products

Requirements:

– Must be at least 18 years old
– Previous experience in restaurants, retail, or warehouses is a plus, but not required
– Flexible availability, especially during peak hours (5 PM – 2 AM)
– Basic understanding of web-based applications (e.g., Google G-Suite)
– Ability to repeatedly lift up to 20 lbs
