Spreetail is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead (m/f/d) to oversee daily operations and take responsibility for overall safety, quality, performance, and employee experience at the Fulfillment Center in Germany.

How You’ll Succeed

– Lead daily operations with accountability for overall safety, quality, performance, and employee experience at the Fulfillment Center and other operational areas supporting Spreetail’s business.
– Define and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication. Drive results and proactively address obstacles by setting the right priorities to meet deadlines.
– Understand safety policies, ensure safe work practices, and document accidents/incidents in a timely manner. Collaborate closely with HR, facilities, safety, and IT departments to provide support and resources for projects and initiatives.
– Flexibly take on additional assigned tasks, switch between shifts and departments as needed, and work extended hours and holidays when required—including arriving at least 30 minutes before the shift starts and staying at least 30 minutes after it ends to complete handovers, reporting, and time tracking.
– Identify potential, coach team members, and provide training and development opportunities to optimize performance, build organizational depth, and support individual growth.

Experience That Will Help You Succeed in This Role

– Commitment to quality and high standards, with strong attention to detail.
– Experience in a fulfillment center environment, including prolonged walking and standing, lifting up to 30 kg, bending, and using mechanical equipment as part of production activities.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities, and to demonstrate sound judgment under pressure.
– Proficient in MS Office and other operational systems.
