The Website & SEO Marketing Associate will help implement and support digital strategies across the company’s websites and client microsites to boost member engagement and brand presence. This hands-on role involves updating website content, conducting A/B testing, and executing projects related to SEO, conversion optimization, user experience, social SEO, and technical improvements. The position is part of the Growth Marketing team and reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, working alongside a 10-person team.
Responsibilities:
– Create and maintain WordPress web pages, ensuring they meet brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and are mobile-friendly.
– Keep client microsites up to date with accurate and tailored content aligned with business goals.
– Work with cross-functional teams to manage and implement website updates and enhancements.
– Improve pages, fix issues, and ensure compliance standards are met.
– Monitor and report on website performance using analytics tools.
– Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates.
– Apply best practices in UX, information architecture, and SEO to enhance visibility and user engagement.
– Contribute to conversion rate optimization by refining calls-to-action, landing pages, and mobile experiences.
– Optimize content for search engines and social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube.
– Assist with content repurposing, monitor user-generated content, and support brand awareness efforts.
– Participate in planning meetings, offering insights on technical feasibility and performance.
Required Qualifications:
– 2–4 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or a similar field.
– Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
– Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
– Excellent attention to detail, especially in reviewing web content and SEO elements.
– Experience working with content management systems, preferably WordPress.
– Basic knowledge of HTML and front-end development; CSS and JavaScript are a plus.
– Proficiency with analytics tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio.
– Exposure to A/B testing platforms and CRO practices; experience with VWO or Optimizely is a bonus.
– Understanding of on-page SEO, metadata, link structures, and site architecture.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
– A proactive attitude and a sense of ownership over your work.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Interest or experience in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-driven content discovery.
– Familiarity with structured data, schema markup, and JSON-LD.
– Google Analytics certification or formal training in web analytics.
– Understanding of site speed optimization and mobile performance metrics like Web Core Vitals.
– Experience with video and social SEO across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit.
– Experience managing websites for diverse audiences (e.g., B2C, B2B, healthcare providers).
– Background in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries.
– Knowledge of UX/UI design or wireframing tools.
– Familiarity with backlink strategies or collaboration with PR/communications teams.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
– Ability to sit for extended periods.
– Manual dexterity for operating a computer and office equipment.
– Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs (e.g., laptops).
– Ability to interact professionally with leadership, colleagues, and members.
Compensation:
The base salary for this full-time role varies by geographic zone:
– Zone A: $57,750 – $75,080
– Zone B: $63,525 – $82,588
– Zone C: $69,300 – $90,096
– Zone D: $75,075 – $97,604
