About the Role
We’re seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join our expanding data team for Winter 2026. In this role, you’ll use data to answer key business questions and support our growth strategy. You’ll analyze and interpret large datasets from various marketing channels, build dashboards, run in-depth analyses, and create models to generate insights that drive business decisions.

What You’ll Work On

– Promote a data-driven culture by using data to inform strategy and decision-making.
– Access, clean, and organize raw data for use by yourself and your team.
– Create visualizations and automated dashboards to help internal teams understand data.
– Tackle complex business questions using data to guide strategy and decisions.

What We’re Looking For

– Ability to extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets and turn them into clear insights.
– Proficiency in SQL and data analysis using Python or R; familiarity with tools like Looker, Amplitude, DBT, and Snowflake.
– A curious mindset with a strong grasp of statistical methods and their real-world applications.
– Capable of working independently while also being open to mentorship and collaboration.
– Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills to deliver impactful results.
– Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and navigating ambiguity.
– Understands how data connects to broader business goals and is eager to contribute strategically.

Compensation
Hourly pay ranges from $32.50 to $38, based on the number of previous internships or work terms completed, in line with our intern compensation structure.
