WP All Import

HQ: The Internet

  • OFF: Anywhere in the World
  • Full-Time
  • Customer Support

$30,000 annually: $30 per hour for 20 hours a week

Our team works entirely remotely and is spread across the globe, including members in countries such as Australia, the US, Thailand, Spain, Germany, the UK, Brazil, Argentina, South Africa, the UAE, Romania, and others. Your location or time zone doesn’t matter.

Your primary role will be to respond to customer inquiries related to WP All Export and WP All Import. You should genuinely enjoy helping people and be able to remain friendly and professional, even when dealing with challenging situations. The goal is to turn confused or frustrated users into satisfied ones. Strong writing skills are essential—we aim for support responses that are friendly, clear, and to the point.

Flexibility

Although we’re a small team, we prioritize giving everyone as much flexibility as possible. You can work mornings, evenings, late nights—whatever suits you. You can take time off for a trip or even take a spontaneous day off without needing to notify anyone.

We strive to work asynchronously and avoid meetings, live chats, and Slack to minimize interruptions. You’ll be assigned a prioritized task list and given the freedom to complete it on your own schedule.

As a remote company, we value maintaining a clear boundary between work and personal life. Unlike companies that promote a “work family” culture with non-work-related events and social chats, we believe in letting you focus on your real family and personal life. Working at Soflyy means you can structure your work around your life—not the other way around.

This approach is a major reason many of our team members have stayed with us for years. Our turnover rate is nearly zero, and we believe our flexible work culture is the key.
