– Pay Range (U.S.): $25–$100 per hour

What you’ll do
– Teach AI: Evaluate AI‑generated writing in various genres and formats, offering guidance on clarity, structure, and overall communication quality
– Solve Problems: Apply your writing expertise to help AI work through challenges related to argumentation, organization, tone, and audience engagement across many fields
– Red Teaming: Spot bias, errors, or unclear writing in AI outputs and design tests to ensure content is accurate, high‑quality, and well‑communicated

You’re a strong match if
– You are currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
– You have experience in professional, academic, or technical writing, editing, or similar roles (required)
– You can express ideas clearly and effectively across different formats and subjects
– You have excellent command of English grammar, style, and tone, with strong attention to accuracy and coherence
– You are comfortable giving constructive feedback and evaluating writing for clarity, structure, and impact
– Bonus: Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training work
