Our partner is looking for Creative Writers, Technical Writers, and Evaluation Tutors to assist with research initiatives at a top AI lab. In this position, you’ll support various ongoing data projects—such as Creative Writing, Companionship, and Presentation—with a current focus on candidates skilled in at least one of the following areas: creative writing, product writing, or technical writing. Your role will involve using your judgment, critical thinking, and expertise to assess which responses are the most effective, natural, and engaging.
Ideal Candidates
There are several active campaigns, and we’re seeking tutors who can make meaningful contributions to at least one. Applicants with strengths in the following areas are especially encouraged to apply:
Creative Writing
– Strong experience in fiction, poetry, screenwriting, or storytelling.
– Proven ability to create original content like speeches, dialogues, or literary analysis.
– Skilled at evaluating creativity, originality, and narrative coherence.
Companionship
– Ability to identify responses that show emotional intelligence, empathy, and helpfulness.
– Strong sense of tone, brevity, and natural conversational flow.
– Understanding of what makes interactions feel genuine and supportive.
Presentation
– Capable of assessing clarity, organization, and overall quality of responses.
– Strong grasp of how to effectively express and communicate ideas.
– Familiarity with persuasive, professional, or educational communication styles is a plus.
General Requirements
For all campaigns, team members should:
– Possess a broad skill set in one or more of the following: creative writing, product writing, or technical writing.
– Be highly proficient in English, both written and spoken.
– Be communicative and responsive.
– Have excellent attention to detail and apply consistent, sound judgment.
– Be dependable and able to meet deadlines independently in a remote work setting.
Role Information
– Hours: 20–40 per week (flexible and ongoing).
– Location: Fully remote and asynchronous—work on your own schedule.
